312 WILSON PIKE CIRCLE

In 2014, Anchor Investments purchased 312 & 312A Wilson Pike Circle which was comprised of approximately 1.59 acres and 13,000 SF of improvements. At the time of purchase, the property had two occupied retail/office buildings and the remaining area was being used as a junkyard. After an extensive renovation and clean-up of the property and buildings, the existing tenants renewed their leases. In 2016, Anchor secured a lease with Crossfit Trivium to relocate their gym and build a new 3,500 SF building on the former junkyard site. Crossfit opened in early 2017 and has been highly successful since then.
